We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team and drive outbound prospecting efforts to generate valuable sales opportunities. 

FLSA: Full Time | Salaried| Exempt; Remote (Work may be performed anywhere in the US/Canada)

Position Summary: As a Senior Business Development Representative at Rechat Inc., you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and supporting our sales team. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, nurturing relationships, and qualifying leads to create a robust pipeline of opportunities. This position requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with a solid background in outbound sales and CRM utilization

The Business Development Representative must be well-versed in prospecting and lead qualification, including a track record of success working within the industry. This role requires a high-level of independence as well as collaborating with the sales team. 

Essential duties and responsibilities: 

  • Conduct targeted outbound prospecting to identify and qualify new business opportunities within the real estate market.
  • Utilize industry research and networking techniques to develop a deep understanding of client needs and pain points.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to strategize outreach campaigns and optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Leverage CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate records of prospecting activities.
  • Engage in proactive outreach via phone calls, emails, and other channels to schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Educate prospects on Rechat's offerings, value proposition, and unique selling points. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in targeted organizations.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation and opportunity creation
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Required Experience/Education: 

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Management, or similar,  or a combination of experience and education, required.
  • One to two years of experience in outbound sales or business development, specifically in opportunity generation.
  • Proven track record of success in prospecting and lead qualification.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage and prioritize leads effectively.

  • Build a training agenda that is exciting and engaging for end-users
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence potential clients.
  • Self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for achieving results.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry and previous experience in PropTech is required.
  • Excellent ability to influence and negotiate. 
  • Dynamic and outgoing personality

Work Conditions: This position will perform duties under normal office working conditions, including the prolonged use of a computer, office equipment, and working in close proximity to others. Essential physical requirements may include standing, walking, stooping, typing, and lifting up to 25lbs.
