Senior Account Executive - Mid-Market

Scope of Position: We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Mid-Market Senior Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This position will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the mid-market segment, focusing on identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will help build out this new function and market for our company, leveraging your sales experience to structure and close deals with mid-sized brokerages and real estate firms.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience in real estate technology sales and a strong understanding of SaaS technology. You will work closely with the CEO and the sales team to optimize our sales strategy, engage prospective clients, and drive revenue growth.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Leverage existing connections and build a network of influential decision-makers within the mid-market real estate technology sector
  • Identify and engage prospective brokerages, understanding their current needs and educating them about Rechat’s platform and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and sales team to develop and close partnership deals that add value to the business.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM (HubSpot), including deals, company, and contact records.
  • Represent Rechat at industry events and networking functions to grow the brand within the mid-market segment.
  • Contribute to all stages of the sales process, including marketing, product design, and strategic discussions.
  • Conduct outreach to prospective clients via cold calls, emails, integrated marketing campaigns, LinkedIn, and other methods.
  • Articulate our value proposition and handle objections to create qualified opportunities in targeted markets.
  • Document all activities in our CRM, ensuring excellent and accurate data management.
  • Drive engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
  • Manage strategic partnerships to grow business and present opportunities to company executives and management.
  • Deliver presentations and product demos to prospective clients.
  • Provide growth strategies for current partners (customers) to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Required Skills/Abilities:

  • PropTech Sales Experience Required
  • Experience selling SaaS to real estate audiences and solution selling to mid-market VP and C-level executive
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to solve problems independently; comfortable with ambiguity
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
  • High level of understanding of the real estate market.
  • Proven ability to articulate value and business impact through analytics and KPIs.

  • Ability to work independently and succeed in a remote environment.
  • Proven business development, sales, or marketing experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Metrics/Compensation:

  • This is a quota carrying role. You will be provided with predefined sales/growth goals quarterly, in which you will earn commission on as deals are closed.
  • You can meet quota each quarter by bringing on a number of agent teams, as well as exceeding gross revenue objectives.
  • This role is a base + commission role. This role can expect a sizable OTE based on acquisition of agent teams and exceeding revenue targets. Projected OTE for the role is $140k -$170k 

    Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.S./B.A.) Business, Marketing, or Management, or related field - preferred 
  • 4+ years experience in selling leading-edge technology services and software products; including a history of strong performance (Customer Success, Direct Sales, Account Management) - required.
