Role Overview: We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Demand Generation Lead to develop, execute, and optimize our demand generation programs. This role is crucial in building a full-funnel demand generation engine that leverages a variety of channels and tactics to drive high-quality leads and support our sales team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy that includes content marketing, events, email campaigns, SEO, social media, and partnerships.
  • Lead the planning and execution of inbound marketing and digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation efforts.
  • Work closely with the content and event teams to create and distribute engaging content tailored to different stages of the buyer's journey.
  • Optimize lead generation efforts across multiple channels, ensuring a balanced approach that maximizes ROI.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment on goals and strategies.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns and continuously refine strategies to improve performance.
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure our demand generation efforts are cutting-edge.

  • Supervise and lead a team to implement a diverse multi-channel marketing strategy spanning demand generation, audience marketing, and event management.
  • Create a voice for the brand through thought leadership strategy and design content calendars to drive demand across campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in demand generation, with a strong track record of creating and executing successful multi-channel campaigns.
  • Expertise in content marketing, event planning, email marketing, SEO, social media, and partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Experience managing and mentoring a team, with a focus on professional development and growth.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, and Salesforce.
  • Experience in B2B marketing and eCommerce selling is a plus.
