Senior Enterprise Sales Executive
Scope of Position: We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. This position will play a key role in developing new business, managing strategic relationships, and driving significant revenue growth by securing large brokerages and real estate firms as clients. You will be responsible for shaping and executing sales strategies to enhance our position in the market.
You will leverage your sales expertise to structure and close high-value deals, working closely with the CEO and sales team to drive revenue and further the growth of Rechat’s Enterprise segment.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Network Building & Client Engagement: Leverage existing connections and build a strong network of decision-makers within the Enterprise real estate technology sector.
- Client Outreach & Relationship Building: Identify and engage prospective enterprise clients, understand their needs, and educate them about Rechat’s platform and value proposition.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the CEO and sales team to develop high-level sales strategies and close impactful partnership deals.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM (HubSpot), including deals, company, and contact records.
- Industry Representation: Represent Rechat at industry events and networking functions to build brand awareness and credibility within the Enterprise segment.
- Sales Process Involvement: Contribute to all stages of the sales process, including marketing, product design, and strategic discussions.
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Conduct outreach to prospective clients via cold calls, emails, integrated marketing campaigns, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Objection Handling & Qualification: Articulate our value proposition and handle objections to create qualified opportunities in targeted markets.
- Follow-Up & Engagement: Drive engagement with new and existing leads through creative and persistent follow-up communications.
- Strategic Business Development: Manage strategic partnerships to drive business growth and present new opportunities to company executives and management.
- Product Demos & Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demos to prospective clients.
- Growth Strategy for Existing Partners: Provide strategies for current partners (customers) to identify new sales opportunities and grow their business.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Enterprise SaaS Sales Experience: Proven experience selling SaaS solutions to real estate audiences, particularly focusing on VP and C-level executives.
- Self-Starter with Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to solve problems independently and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Proven Sales Performance: A strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Real Estate Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the real estate market and its technological needs.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to articulate value and business impact through analytics, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Exceptional leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels.
- Remote Work Competence: Ability to work independently and succeed in a remote work environment.
- Business Development Experience: Extensive business development, sales, or marketing experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute enterprise-level sales strategies aligned with long-term business goals.
Metrics/Compensation:
- Quota-Carrying Role: This role is a quota-carrying position. You will be provided with predefined sales/growth goals on a quarterly basis, earning commissions as deals are closed.
- Earning Potential: The compensation structure is base + commission, with significant upside potential. Projected On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role are $215K, based on acquisition of new business and exceeding revenue targets.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred): Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- 4+ Years of Relevant Experience: 4+ years of experience in selling SaaS solutions, specifically in the real estate technology sector. A proven history of strong performance in Customer Success, Direct Sales, or Account Management.
