Rechat is looking for a dynamic and proactive Account Manager who is passionate about driving product adoption and serving our clients. The Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for their assigned clients, fostering strong, mutually beneficial relationships. They will work closely with clients to understand their needs and recommend the best product solutions to meet their brokerage goals. Additionally, the Account Manager will collaborate with internal teams, providing valuable insights such as sales leads, testimonials, and other relevant information to support our overall business objectives.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Drive product adoption and engagement by collaborating with clients and strategising to meet their specific goals
- Analyze client use cases and provide best practice recommendations to optimize product usage, adoption, and return on investment (ROI).
- Work closely with the Onboarding Team to ensure a smooth and seamless transition to live status for our clients.
- Efficiently manage a high volume of inbound customer requests, coordinate internal resources, and proactively anticipate business needs.
- Identify potential challenges and conduct proactive client meetings to enhance customer loyalty and align with business goals.
- Monitor and report on the progress of all deliverables and projects, ensuring deadlines are met and client success is achieved.
- Share product development suggestions and communicate user feedback to internal teams based on client insights.
- Ensure the successful execution of initiatives for all assigned clients, with a focus on achieving measurable success across all accounts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Experience/Education:
- High School Diploma, or equivalent; five to seven years of experience; or a combination of experience and education, required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a SaaS Account Manager role, or similar; preferred.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Maintain high-quality service standards by establishing and upholding organizational guidelines and best practices.
- Demonstrate expertise in managing all aspects of Customer Success, ensuring that the services provided are both exciting and engaging for end-users. This includes understanding customer needs, fostering strong client relationships, and driving product adoption.
- Possess knowledge of the real estate industry, which is preferred, to better understand client challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
- Exhibit a dynamic and outgoing personality, capable of building rapport with clients and internal teams, and creating a positive and motivating atmosphere.
