Senior Account Executive - PropTech Sales Exp Required
Scope of Position: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This role will be crucial in increasing our presence with the most successful boutique and mid-size brokerages and teams in real estate.
To succeed in this role, you need experience in real estate technology sales and a strong understanding of SaaS technology. You should also demonstrate high level of sales acumen across all stages of our opportunity lifecycle and possess strong business acumen to generate compelling cases for our customers to invest in Rechat.
You will work closely with the Head of Sales and the Growth team to refine our sales strategy, engage with potential clients, and boost revenue in this segment.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Leverage existing connections and build a network of influential decision-makers within the mid-market real estate technology sector.
- Identify and engage prospective brokerages, understanding their current needs and educating them about Rechat’s platform and value proposition.
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales and sales team to develop and close partnership deals that add value to the business.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM (HubSpot), including all activities, opportunities, and contact records to ensure excellent data management.
- Represent Rechat at industry events and networking functions to grow the brand within the mid-market segment.
- Contribute to all stages of the sales process, including marketing, product design, and strategic discussions.
- Conduct outreach to prospective clients via cold calls, emails, integrated marketing campaigns, LinkedIn, and other methods.
- Articulate our value proposition and handle objections to create qualified opportunities in targeted markets.
- Drive engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
- Manage strategic partnerships to grow business and present opportunities to company executives and management.
- Deliver presentations and product demos to prospective clients.
- Provide growth strategies for current partners (customers) to identify new sales opportunities and drive business growth.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in SaaS sales, ideally within PropTech or real estate technology.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to engage brokerage and team leaders and articulate clear business value.
- Experience managing full sales cycles — from prospecting through closing — with consistent results in mid-market or enterprise environments.
- Persuasive communicator who builds trust quickly and navigates complex stakeholder dynamics.
- High business acumen with the ability to translate analytics and KPIs into compelling customer ROI.
- Self-starter, energized by growth-stage startup environments where speed, curiosity, and adaptability are essential.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Resilient, detail-oriented, and creative in building pipeline and driving revenue growth.
Metrics/Compensation:
- This is a quota-carrying role. You will be provided with predefined sales/growth goals quarterly, in which you will earn commission on as deals are closed.
- You can meet quota each quarter by bringing on a number of agent teams, as well as exceeding gross revenue objectives.
- This role is a base + commission role. This role can expect a sizable OTE based on the acquisition of new customers and exceeding revenue targets.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree (B.S./B.A.) Business, Marketing, or Management, or related field; preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in selling leading-edge technology services and software products; direct, net-new sales experience is required.
- A proven track record of consistently being a top performer within the sales organizations you’ve been part of.
